
Salon Policy
At Hair By Kim, I strive to provide every guest with a personalized, one-on-one salon experience. To ensure fairness, respect for time, and the ability to serve each client with care, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required to reserve any appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It will only be used in accordance with the salon’s cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To provide the best service for every guest, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows time to adjust the schedule and offer your appointment slot to another client.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a $50 fee charged to the card on file. This policy protects the time reserved exclusively for you and ensures fairness and consistency for all clients.
Tardiness
Punctuality is important to ensure each client receives their full service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. This ensures that all guests receive the attention, care, and precision expected from a one-on-one salon experience.
Appointment Confirmations
If we are unable to reach you to confirm your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel it and offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows impact the salon significantly and may inconvenience other clients.
