
Salon Policy
At Hair By Kim, I strive to provide every guest with a personalized, one-on-one salon experience. To ensure fairness, respect for time, and the ability to serve each client with care, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking your appointment.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
To book your appointment, I kindly ask for your full name and a valid mobile number. This allows me to send confirmation details, appointment reminders, and securely process your deposit.
As a small, independent business with limited availability, I use a deposit-based booking system to ensure each appointment is reserved with intention and care. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your final service total. Deposits can be paid online through the booking link or via credit card.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit as a no-show fee.
CONFIRMATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
At Hair by Kim, every appointment is intentionally scheduled to give you the time and care you deserve. To keep things running smoothly, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer that time to another client. You’ll receive a confirmation text 72 hours prior to your appointment, along with a reminder closer to your visit. Please follow the link provided to confirm your appointment.
If you need to make any changes after confirming, feel free to call or message me directly. If I’m unable to receive confirmation, the appointment may be released and offered to another client.
For your convenience, voicemail and messaging are always available. You’re welcome to reach out anytime, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refunds & Exchanges
All services provided at Hair by Kim are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
A 7-day redo policy is offered for service-related concerns. Clients must notify Kim within 7 days of the initial appointment. Adjustments are limited to the original service performed. While refunds are not provided, I am committed to client satisfaction and am happy to make reasonable adjustments within this timeframe.
