Cancellations- Rescheduling- Adjusting Sessions- No Show

 1.| Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy|

I take each guests time very seriously, as I do my own. This timeframe will allow for me to fill your spot and make someone elses day by getting them in a little earlier! If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Any less time does not give my other guests or myself, enough time to make arrangements. This includes illness. 

Failure to do so will result in a charge of $50.


2.|Adjusting Services|


Guests are booked for time according to the services scheduled. Guests altering services within 48 hours of of the appointment time to decrease services rendered (ex: getting a tone when a full color service has been scheduled) will still be charged the full service booked. Please alter your services 48+ hours in advance.

3.| No call, No show |

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your card will automatically be charged $50 

4. |Tardiness|

Again, I completely understand that things happen. Please text the suite phone (213)260-1508 if you are going to be late. I will always try to make things work but if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to adjust your appointment or reschedule.


*A card on file is required to book an appointment.

*No action on the card will be taken unless any of the above occur.
